Return Policy
Ordered the wrong size or color? That’s ok because you can return your item within 30 days for a full refund. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please just return the item in new and unused condition with all tags and labels included, for a full refund or an exchange.
 

Return/Exchange Procedure

Tribuys.com guarantees satisfaction with every product we sell. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly accept all returns within 30 days from the date of purchase To make a exchange or return please follow these steps to insure you return/exchange is processed as quickly as possible.

  1. Call Tribuys.com customer service at (888) 788-7382 Ext. 1 and inform us that you are sending an item back for a refund/exchange.
  2. Package your return in secure carton using packing tape. Important!! All returns must be in new and unused condition in the original manufactures packaging.
  3. Send your return via insured carrier (Preferably UPS, FEDEX,DHL or USPS)to:

Make sure to include your name, address and phone number, so that we may contact you.

  1. Keep a record of your shipment until your return/exchange has been processed.
 
Return Processing

Tribuys.com processes all returns Monday through Friday, usually with in two business days of receipt. All exchanges are shipped DHL Ground, unless otherwise specified, please allow ample time for delivery. For returns, you will receive an e-mail confirmation once your credit has been processed, Please allow up to one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Damaged Merchandise

All merchandise is in new and unused condition when it leaves Tribuys.com. If you receive a damaged item, report it to the appropriate carrier (DHL 1-800-CALL-DHL or US Postal Service 1-800-275-8777) and please notify Tribuys.com with in 10 days by calling our Customer Service Department at (888) 788-7382 Ext 1

 

Defective Merchandise

Most product defects will be apparent upon initial inspection of the item. Sometimes defects will not be obvious until the product is actually used. Either way, if you believe a product sold by Tribuys.com was defective at the time of receipt, please, contact Tribuys.com before contacting the manufacturer, we will assist you with negotiating the product warranty.

All items that Tribuys.com sells are covered by the manufactures warranty.  Since each manufactures has a different warranty procedure, please contact us and we will assist you in getting your warranty issue resolved. Warranty Disclaimer

Warranties cover manufacturing defects which are apparent during normal product use. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents and racing are not covered. It is up to the manufacturer to repair or replace defective merchandise, at their discretion. Labor and shipping costs are not covered. Read your product manuals for more details. Tribuys.com will extend to its customers any manufacturer's warranty on merchandise we sell, but we make no additional warranty, express or implied, for products sold by us.
